Privacy policy

Last updated 27 July 2026. Crystal Bridge Foundation respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who we are

Crystal Bridge Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 41-3347467) operating in Orange County, California. You can reach us at info@crystalbridgefoundation.com or 949-478-6221.

What we collect

How we use it

To reply to you, to deliver the programs and resources you ask for, to send updates you have subscribed to, to process and acknowledge donations, and to report anonymized, aggregate outcomes to our funders.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your information with anyone except the service providers who help us operate — our email platform, our payment processor, our analytics and survey tools — and only to the extent they need it to do that job. We do not share program participants' identifying information with funders, partners, or anyone else without written consent.

Email

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by writing to us. We will remove you promptly.

Cookies

This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to distinguish repeat visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without losing access to anything on this site.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to info@crystalbridgefoundation.com and we will respond within thirty days. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know and the right to deletion; the same address is how you exercise them.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them here. Where our programs serve children, participation and any information collected are handled through the partner organization with parental or guardian consent.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. We limit access to personal information to the people who need it to do this work. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if something goes wrong.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page.

Questions about this policy?

Write to us and a person — not a form letter — will answer you plainly. And if you came here before deciding to give: thank you for reading carefully. That is exactly the kind of trust we work to deserve.
